Continental US - Due to UPS Fuel Surcharges, a Tiered Flat-rate method is used based on order product subtotal value:

 $1 - $49.99 = $12.95 
$50 - $79.99 = $11.95
$80 and over = $10.95

Canada - shipping is calculated in the following tiers based on Product Subtotal:

  $1 - $49.99 = $59.95
 $50 - $89.99 = $58.95
$90 and over = $57.95
